TOPCAT special edition

A digitally developed curved stripe precisely aligned with the complex hull geometry, forming a distinctive limited edition.

The stripe was not applied as a simple decal, but defined directly in relation to the 3D hull geometry. Its curvature had to appear visually smooth and balanced across changing radii and compound surfaces.

Using CAD data of the hull, the line was developed digitally and translated into precisely plotted stencils positioned inside the production molds. Multiple iterations were required to eliminate optical distortion and ensure a flawless, continuous flow across both hulls.

The result was a limited signature edition that elevated the visual identity of the boat while remaining fully integrated into the manufacturing process.
